Friendship day- a day to look back!

A day to look back,
At the fading smiles,
In memories by aisle.
A day to remember,
the faces that made your days,
the words that made you laugh,
the little fights that made you strong,
As,
The faces today have parted ways,
the words today convey graphs,
the fights today are never little any long.

A day to look back,
at the desks you scribbled,
At the failures we celebrated,
at the success we doubted.

As
Today the Memories prickle
today the failures get us frustrated
And success get us rated

A day to look back,
At the emotions strongly held,
For the bonding we proudly yelled,
At the friendship left pages behind
Just to smile through each page on rewind

The fun of sharing the food,
Or passing the sheet in exams,
Or may be the gossips in between.

Today lets redefine fun if we could,
Rather than staring at success on palms,
Lets try to bring in past so joyously green!

Let's go back this day
From the happiness of monthly salary,
To the days of momentous gallery.

Not just for a day,
I am interested till my breathe last,
Not just for your blink this day,
I am interested till the last year I be,
Not just for a walk down the street this day,
I am interested in holding your palms and walking till dawn(life).

Even when life's thorns pierce through me,
your face will always spread a smile.
Your life would never know the hardships of days and dark,

As will for sure I won’t let them through,
In life of yours
Rose above all,
coloured red by my love,
Curved with petals of your charm,
Scented with the aroma of your beauty
Rooted with my care and affection
Is all what you would see!

Nothings like the days so then, I know,
But our hearts beat the same way it did then,
Our eyes speak the way it did then,

When you find the brightness of the moon in the darkest.

So many ways you could realize
the way of life,
the essence of life.
Among your rush hours,
Among the delayed schedules
Among the targets yet to achieve 
Among the restless days,
Just take a moment to look back 
To consider  the years you spent working, studying, waiting, struggling...
To simply question yourself once ...
